Return Policy

We will accept returns within 30 days with the clothing in the original state of purchase.  

RETURN PROCESS

1.  Send and email to brookebrackens@msbrook.com to request a return label.

2. If possible, return clothing in the original  boxes received so that the return will be of no cost to you.  

3.  Returns must be dropped off before 30 days of your original delivery date. No exceptions.

4. Once your delivery is received by us.  Please allow 1-3 business days for us to evaluate the items to make sure they are in original state.  Once approved, we will notify you by email that your return has been processed.  Thank you for shopping with us.  We hope that you love our clothing and will be a returning customer.
